Your hands shaped me and made me. Job 10:8 (NIV)

"This means nothing that happens in your life is insignificant. God uses all of it to mold you for your ministry to others and shape you for your service to him."

God formed every creature on this planet with a special area of expertise. Some animals run, some hop, some swim, some burrow, and some fly. Each has a particular role to play based on the way they were shaped by God. The same is true with humans. Each of us is uniquely designed, or "shaped," to do certain things.

Before architects design any new building they first ask, "What will be its purpose? How will it be used?" The intended function always determines the form of the building.

Before God created you, he decided what role he wanted you to play on earth. He planned exactly how he wanted you to serve him, and then he shaped you for those tasks. You are the way you are because you were made for a specific ministry.

The Bible says, "We are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works" (Ephesians 2:10 NIV). Our English word "poem" comes from this Greek word translated "workmanship." You're God's handcrafted work of art. You're not an assembly-line product, mass-produced without thought. You're a custom designed, one-of-a-kind, original masterpiece.

God deliberately shaped and formed you to serve him in a way that makes your ministry unique. He carefully mixed the DNA recipe that created you. David praised God for this incredible personal attention to detail God gave in designing each of us: "You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous" (Psalm 139:13-14 NLT).

Not only did God shape you before your birth, he planned every day of your life to support his shaping process. David continues, "Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed" (Psalm 139:16 NLT).

This means nothing that happens in your life is insignificant. God uses all of it to mold you for your ministry to others and shape you for your service to him.

God never wastes anything. He would not give you abilities, interests, talents, gifts, personality, and life experiences unless he intended to use them for his glory.

FRIDAY LUNCH WITH THE HUNNY

Today's Lunch --Pork ribs
I stuffed myself silly with this..and I'm regretting it!!

INCEPTION ROCKS!!!

Yesterday started out as a very pale ordinary day till my hubby reminded me that our niece was coming for lunch so instead of opting to serve the not so ok beef stew I made at home we had a quick lunch over in a japanese resto...nothing exciting with the food actually.. The menu was pale and boring too ... I kept myself from turning gray... but we filled ourselves up. That's my mum in law enjoying her food....she can be so funny when it comes to japanese food..i can tell she loves it so much...
after so many things in between I decided to go with the driver to pick up my kid in school and watched her adorably as she painstakingly arranged her sticker book...
Come nightime it was Inception time... Had a crepe dessert and watched a very interestingly insane move...It was great and all I can say is..I dont think ive seen anything as insane recently... hahahahaha..
Insane enough for me to think of every detail of the movie and thought there was a quirky part where Leo decided to move one level down in his dream to visit the financier's limbo when he actually didn't know he was in limbo.... Hmmmm . CrazY

Humanoid
Whining---complaining

Well as if I knew it would be a perfect day. Nope it's expected that it all turns sour after awhile...it always does. No matter how high you esteem your day to be .. Like pancake it drops and floats on the floor...slipped. Don't you just hate those days where you help sincerely then your slammed on your face after they get what they want. But you can't complain because it works that way. It simply dies. There's nothing on earth that will and is expected to make us happy... It's impossible. It's all superficial.. Yes all. Only the love of God is permanent and the rewards are not here to be reaped.. But I just can't wait. This is way too extreem..way too bumpy... Grrttttt! To be human !

Exhortations...exhortations......

ex·hor·ta·tion

[eg-zawr-tey-shuhn,ek-sawr-] Show IPA
–noun
1.
the act or process of exhorting.
2.
an utterance, discourse, or address conveying urgent advice or recommendations.

non·ex·hor·ta·tion, noun

1, 2. See advice.

The Gift of Exhortation (6 ... Val's gift of exhortation is a precious gift to the congregation. Biblical references: ; ... Thegift of Exhortation: the special gift whereby the Spirit enables certain Christians to stand beside fellow believers in need and bring comfort, counsel and encouragement so they feel helped.

I believe that there is a huge point in exhortations....encouragement. not condemning.. not pursuing..A free advise or help for those who need it. However, There is also a thin line wherein a leader may implement his thoughts through exhortations thus making it more of a decree than the former. How then will we be able to discern which is which??? I once read from a great leader that there are those "sheep who are cloaked in wolves clothing" therefore capable of exhortations that may seemingly helpful but then in truth ..they are not. We are commanded to be accountable to our every action and always seek the holy spirit in receing the exhortations to heart.. Oh I miss our previous leader so much :( he has been such an influence to a lot. The naked eye can never determine the truth between the enemy disguised as an angel..so friends beware. They come in sweet colors with sweet words,,candy coated nevertheless deceiving.

These are my tuesday B.S. friends with Pastor Bob visiting from Arizona. We started studying the book of Ephesians .

This is what I cooked for the family dinner last night.. Chicken cooked adobo style with coconut cream...It didnt turn out so tasty in the pic but my little girl loved it ...so it's worth posting . And while I was cooking my son was goofing around with the avocados...my favorite fruit in season.

Chicken Adobo in Coconut Cream

1 kilo adobo cut Chicken
1 bunch Kangkong ( swamp spinach)
3 pcs Onions
1 clove garlic
vinegar
soysauce
dash of pepper
1 small can Coconut Cream

Saute Kangkong in garlic and 1 pc chopped onions. Put 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tbsp of soysauce, When leaves are cooked already .Put aside. On the same pan saute the chicken with remaining chopped garlic and onions then add the 4 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp Vinegar. let simmer. add 1/2 cup of water. When tender and mixture is absorbed, Add the coconut cream. It'll be done when the cream sauce looks oily in consistency.Season with pepper then arrange in platter with the cooked kang kong.

Was playing with the camera while the men were discussing business matters:) pic is a bit pale but the aquarium is so pretty...

Do you feel like a goldfish in a tank sometimes? Used a 85mm lens here and have been wondering to get a telelphoto lens for better playing. hah!

bulk post today...
here's the gift I prepared for a Godchild:)
Had her party last Saturday ...it was a lovely afternoon at the park..The kids played in the playground while the adults shared thoughts and updates in the gondola. It will always be very refreshing to see the people you love ...after a full week of chaos...The break was God's gift to me.. Thank you Lord:)

Lunch for sweety

Sweety requested some veggies..here is what I craved  for him..Garlic pechay with thin roasted pork in asado marinade. hmmmm... yup ..he almost finished the whole platter.. poor thing had to stop himself.. haha

These are my weaknesses..bento boxes..I love anything Japanese..no kidding! from tiny erasers to rubber bands to japanese soothing music...oh man..i wonder why ...Theres a store named saizen that makes me crazy.. from sauce containers to paper holder to bamboo mats...The're just stuff
you don't really need but you got to have.... how bad is that. I have a ton of plastic stuff and this addiction better be controlled!

Cupcake pancake ...I experimented this morning with pancakes that I turned into cupcakes. drizzled on some oreo and choco chips and here is the result:)
The kids had these for breakfast dessert and squid fried rice which I didnt take a picture of.
They also had hot chocolate with cream ...their forever favorite :0

Yesterday I brought the kids steak rice for merienda/dinner.. Whateva they wanted to call it. This is how the traffic looked like and the kids were so thrilled with their food.
I didnt enjoy the trip so much since I was expecting some walking done .... . However, it was fun being with my hubby for nonsense errands....fun nevertheless.
This is ashley.. 5 years old. My chihuahua whom I adore so much:) I wish I can have more time withe her but I just can't have all the time to play since mommy duties really get in our way :P

Alright what's so weird about loving your Pc. I love writing and my life can't be complete without writing anything everyday. Is that weird! Ok I won't scream but I just can't figure out why the hell would anybody esteem you as an addict if you just have to scream your brains out each day through writing. Just because now you have the world as your audience makes it a threat? What! I'll try to figure out this heart attack before I explode! It's just not new . It's so yesterday that everyone started to write online so why should you be surprised? Just because you don't, means I won't? Hell no! This is one of the super few things left  of my sanity. A place to vent and feel .. So do me a favor and let it be!

I can even post whatever I like!!

Sunday Sunday....beautiful Sunday..

Going through the motions of Sunday afternoons . What sets each day apart is, how we live it and how we walk through it .The day depends on the way we can swing our moods from pause to play, sad to happy, irritated to pacified ...it's a struggle to keep sane. But we should . There are no flower beds where I am ,only paved driveways and tall buildings.

These were my staples when the storm hit last week. While the city was going under tough wind beatings, I was hallucinating of montrous cream topped coffee and biscuits. Shivering cold and extreme heat drove me crazy.

Life Goes On.......

The essence of living...richness?boldness? characteristics of anyone who whould be breathing??? what should they be?

should one be aiming for the resolute answer to life and success . The ultimate end of the road that leads to happiness and only happiness.....

Is there such a place?

Is it attainable? Life goes on no matter what mix of sour candies enter our minds...Sour beans for the those crazy 'I hate these office days" and yes even for the nice choco cups and for those "Love it " days

...step,

 step forward..

yeah..you can look back but try not to commit the same mistakes again please..

 otherwise the journey is futile.

keep on swimming... Keep on swimming...
